30-Day Real Food Challenge w/ The Realistic Holistic
This is a nutritionist-led, real food challenge that walks you through making healthy habits and holistic nutrition a permanent part of your life. Each week, Megan will walk you through important new steps you can take with nutrition to improve your health. You will be sent home with specific goals for each week. By the end of the four weeks, you will have worked toward an easy, clean-eating lifestyle that is realistic and holistic!
This is a stand-alone series but pairs beautiful (and purposely) with the Spring 30-Day Challenge (May 30 – June 28)

Mondays May 28, June 4, June 11, June 18 and June 28 at 6:30pm – 7:00 pm or 8:00 – 8:30 pm
Investment: $85 or $75 for Members. Handouts and snacks provided. ($85/ 5 sessions = $17/session)
