Reservations & Cancellations
Many of our classes fill up quickly, so we encourage you to reserve your spot in advance:
- On your desktop/laptop – our schedule
- On your iPhone/iPad – free App on iTunes
- On your Android/Tablet – free App on Google Play
You may reserve your spot up to 10 minutes before class starts. We always leave a few drop-in students so don’t worry if you don’t see an option to reserve a space online using the app. Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before class begins and you will more than likely snag a drop-in spot.
Be sure to cancel your space if you can’t make it to class up to 30 minutes before the class begins. Within 30 minutes of class start time, you’ll have to be in touch via e-mail or call us at (416) 766-9642 to let us know and we’ll take you out of the class (this may not happen before class time starts so if you get an auto-email you can disregard it).
Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before scheduled class start time. In order to create a peaceful space free of disruption, late-comers are not permitted. We release all reserved spots 5 minutes before class starts to stand by students, so be sure you’ve checked in at the front desk upon arrival.
Waitlist: If you are on a class waitlist and space opens up for you, an automatic email will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. If it’s within an hour of class start time and you’re not sure if you will get a space, feel free to give us a call. If you’re not able to attend the class, please call (416) 766-9642to let us know (and leave a message if we’re busy signing in other students, we’ll get to it after class starts).
