A Silent Moksha class where the teacher guides the series by calling the pose name as they travel through the room focusing on hands-on-adjustments (to willing participants).
We practice silently in circle (facing a candle in the centre of the room) by candlelight and let the ambient heat of the room warm our hearts. Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles with a focus on mindfulness, breath work and meditation. Wonderful for runners/iron ma/marathon competitors and all who lead an active lifestyle; also excellent for speeding up recovery as the focus on meditation and deep breathing encourage healing, lastly wonderful for those of us who own computers and cell phones.
