Sarah began her teaching journey with Moksha in October 2012. Today, she teaches a variety of styles with specific emphasis on the therapeutic benefits of a mindful practice. Underneath her teaching lies the deep-rooted belief that we have everything we need to heal already inside of us. When faced with a challenging thought or sensation, Sarah encourages students to respond with inquiry. Sarah believes that it is only by cultivate the curiosity to explore and the courage to see, that we can experience the true compassion to love.
Sarah believes the willingness to feel the body is a loving and courageous act. She believes the willingness to share this truth with others is even greater.
