Gentle Yang Yin

This class offers a balance between a gentle flow practice with the beautiful, restorative qualities of a yin practice. For the first 15-20 minutes you will be connecting to breath through movement as preparation for the deeper surrender of the yin practice. This class will leave you feeling grounded and rejuvenated holistically.
