Avoid heavy meals 2 - 3 hours before practicing, and arrive well hydrated! Please note that if you're hungry closer to class starting, eat something light like half a muffin or a banana.  Avoid coffee before class, drink more water instead!

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time, latecomers not permitted.

Bring a yoga mat, beach-sized towel and drinking water for your practice. Bring another towel if you would like to shower after class at the studio.  Our change rooms have showers and complimentary eco-friendly soap.

Moksha Yoga Bloor West does not encourage the sale of bottled water.  Instead, we offer free refillable bottles, soap and a bottle brush for your use and convenience.  Our studio features charcoal water filters to further cleanse Toronto’s consistently-tested tap water.  

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move, stretch and sweat in.

Studio Policies to take note of: 

  • Cell phones/pagers must be turned off
  • No fragrances or perfumes allowed in the studio
  • No latecomers will be permitted
